In this dynamic role, you'll use your strong customer service and relationship-building skills to deliver personalised, outcome-focused support. From building confidence and job readiness to connecting participants with real opportunities, you'll empower young people to take the next step in their employment journey.

your role

  • Personalised Employment Pathways
    : We deliver outcome-focused support through comprehensive assessments, strategic pathway development, proactive employer engagement, and ongoing guidance to ensure long-term employment success.
  • Work Readiness Assessments
    : Our intake process identifies each participant's strengths, aspirations, and readiness for work, laying the foundation for a customised employment journey.
  • Collaborative Goal Setting
    : We work side-by-side with participants to set meaningful goals and implement practical strategies that build confidence and capability.
  • Strengths-Based Job Matching
    : Using a client-centred approach, we connect young people with employment opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and potential.
  • Proactive Employer Engagement
    : Through job matching, cold calling, and reverse marketing, we actively promote our participants to employers, opening doors to new possibilities.
