We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist (casual, part time and full time roles available) to join our ever evolving spa team.
About the role
- Perform all massage, body and spa facial treatments as required
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all spa treatments and daily operations to ensure our high level of service is maintained
- Promote products to guests to drive revenue
- Assist in meeting sales targets for treatments and retail sales
- Working along side the extended Bannisters team and spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About you
Combining your qualifications, skills and experience you are passionate about spa and wellness.
Requirements
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert 4 in Beauty Therapy
- Must be available to work weekends where needed
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Excellent time management skills & ability to adapt & personalise treatments to guest's concerns
- Ability to remain calm and agile under pressure
- Must show initiative as well as a proactive and positive team attitude to ensure operations run smoothly
- Experience within a Hotel/Resort Spa environment is an advantage
