Forklift Operators (Counterbalance) – Morning Shift | Rochedale

Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our client's team in Rochedale on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable operators looking for stable work with an immediate start.

Role Details
  • Shift: Day shift, 5:00 am start
  • Location: Rochedale
  • Pay Rate: $37 per hour (+ overtime penalties & superannuation)
  • First 42 hours paid at flat rate

  • Overtime rates apply after 42 hours

  • Start Date: Immediate

## Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Counterbalance forklift for:
  • Order picking
  • Stock rotation
  • Staging finished orders
  • Put-away of inbound stock
  • General warehouse support as required

## About You

  • Current forklift licence (Counterbalance essential)
  • Physically fit – ability to lift up to 20kg as required
  • Willing to complete pre-employment medical process
  • Reliable and punctual, with own transport to Rochedale

## Pre-Employment Requirements

All successful applicants must complete a Pre-Employment Medical, conducted onsite by our Occupational Nurse during the interview process. This includes a Drug & Alcohol test.
