Looking for customer service superstars to join us this silly season
It's that wonderful time of the year - the season of giving and receiving gifts. Come spend your holiday season with the loudest and proudest teams in town - Smokemart and GiftBox
We are looking for Sales Assistants across our 250+ National Store network who love being hands on and engaging with people, to move more gifts than the North Pole ever could
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to get their entry into Retail, fill their time (and bank balance) over Uni break, or simply build their personal and professional skill set.

Our ideal team member:
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Ready to work between November 2025 – January 2026 (including Public Holidays & late-night trade evenings).
- Availability to be rostered across 7 days a week (specifically required for weekends).
- A valid Police Check Report is required to commence.
- Ability to be on your feet handling our beautiful GiftBox and interacting with our customers.
