Strata Manager

We are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation professional to join a supportive, values-driven team. If you love building strong client relationships, creating great community outcomes and working in a collaborative environment, this is an opportunity you'll want to explore.

You'll manage a varied portfolio and be responsible for:

• Running AGMs and committee meetings
• Supporting committees with proactive communication
• Overseeing maintenance, insurance and compliance
• Managing budgets, arrears and financial reporting
• Coordinating community updates and inbox management

Strong internal support is provided, along with clear processes, admin assistance and ongoing development.

• Experience in OC/Strata Management (Associate or Manager level)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Confidence with financials, legislation and compliance
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
