Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help elevate the performance of Flavour Creations leading brands across social media, digital marketing, and trade events.

We're looking for someone who is agile, resilient and innovative, with a driven and growth-focused approach to their career.  As a hands-on and energetic marketer, you'll coordinate marketing activities, events, and provide design support, contributing to brand initiatives across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital and Social Media

• Create engaging social media content to grow community and drive interaction.
• Assist with Google and Meta campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Support SEO activities and performance reporting.

Website and Email Marketing

• Maintain and update website content, assist with web and eCommerce testing.
• Design, distribute, and analyse email campaigns and customer communications.
• Coordinate lead generation activities to drive subscriptions and engagement.

Events

• Manage and coordinate the events calendar, including planning, implementation and post-event review.

Analytics and Reporting

• Use marketing analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

Brand and Campaign Support

• Manage quarterly updates of marketing collateral, including design and print.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and campaigns.
• Liaise with agencies, and internal teams to deliver marketing priorities.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate across brand, marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

• Skilled in Adobe design software, with the ability to creating engaging visual content.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills essential, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Ortto or MailChimp is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and develop professionally.
