Your new role

We are seeking a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across workstations, mobile devices, and virtual desktops.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of Enterprise MDM/MAM infrastructure and BYOD policies.
  • Drive productivity and enhance end-user experience through effective operational processes.
  • Ensure all technical solutions meet quality, operational, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Research and implement new technologies, develop technology roadmaps, and present to key stakeholders.
  • Provide training and hands-on support to team members and assist with complex IT challenges.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Engineer role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Defender, M365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune (Co-Management, Pre-provisioning).
  • Application control design (WDAC, Applocker, Airlock).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra ID and application packaging.
  • Exposure to Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration projects.
