Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG/MIG welding on stainless steel to food-grade specifications
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel components used in food production equipment
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures
  • Ensure all welds meet strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Stainless Steel Welder in a food-grade or related environment
  • Strong knowledge of food-grade welding standards and finishing techniques (e.g., smooth polishing, avoiding contamination points)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Trade qualification or relevant certification in welding (preferred)
