About Us:
For three generations the Taylor family have crafted great Australian wines in the Clare Valley, South Australia.
We understand that truly great wines are made in the vineyard and that the art of fine winemaking is to respect and capture the essence of the vineyard site and to highlight the unique varietal expression of each grape variety.
The Role:
Working with the cellar team, our Vintage Cellar Hands undertake a range of tasks involved in the safe and efficient processing of grapes in the cellar, which may include, but not limited to:
- Vintage processing
- Dip, tank & fermenter sampling.
- Transfer wines
- Prepare additions/finings.
- Barrel and forklift operations.
- Pressing and yeasting operations
- Cellar hygiene
What you bring to the Role:
We are looking for reliable and energetic team members to join our vintage cellar crew to assist with the 2026 vintage and ideally you will exhibit the following skills/attributes:
- A positive & proactive team approach with a good solid work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and have sound attention to detail.
- Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numeracy & literacy skills.
- Has commitment to quality and work health & safety practices.
- Be able to work flexible hours (including weekends) & on rotating shifts to meet our seasonal & operational demands.
- Holds a current HRW licence (highly desirable)
