At The Glenmore, you'll feel at home while enjoying the buzz of one of Sydney's most beloved venues.

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team for a minimum of 20 hours per week. You'll play a vital role in supporting our chefs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas
  • Dispose of rubbish and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
  • Restock kitchen supplies as needed
  • Support the team during busy service periods

About You:

  • Previous experience as a kitchen hand, ideally in a high-volume venue
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Available to work Monday–Sunday (days and nights)
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards
