  • Manage delivery of APA's Climate Transition Plan, ensuring progress on key actions and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Provide expert analysis and advice on climate disclosure trends, legislation, and industry best practice.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to uplift reporting capability and strengthen climate risk integration across the organisation.

Your background

  • Tertiary qualifications in climate science, environmental science and / or engineering is preferred.
  • Proven work experience in climate risk, emissions data, program management, or climate-related disclosures for a listed organisation.
  • Experience in developing disclosures consistent with TCFD, ISSB, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-wide physical and transition risk assessment processes and systems.
  • Proven project management skills, including navigating complex governance and approval pathways.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide expert guidance and influence outcomes across a large organisation.

Why join us
At APA, sustainability is central to our strategy. This is a unique opportunity to apply your climate expertise to shape how climate reporting is embedded in a major ASX-listed energy infrastructure company.
