About the role

Mayfair Florist is seeking an experienced Senior Florist to join our team in Unley, SA. This part-time role will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Senior Florist, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards and reputation of our family-owned business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and creating a variety of floral arrangements, including bouquets, centrepieces, and event displays
  2. Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers to help them select the perfect flowers and arrangements
  3. Maintaining the store's inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the workspace is clean and organised.
  4. Assisting with the overall operation and success of the business

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience as a professional florist, with a strong background in floral design and arrangement
  2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and personalized assistance
  3. Creativity and an eye for design to create unique and visually stunning floral pieces
  4. Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  5. A passion for flowers and the floral industry, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
