About the roles:

We're working with multiple clients who are on the hunt for experienced electricians to join their workshop teams. Whether you're after a short-term contract (2–6 weeks) or looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for ongoing work, we've got options to suit your availability and goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Wire and terminate switchboards and control panels to specification
  • Assemble electrical enclosures, mounting components, and installing hardware
  • Perform continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and fault finding
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with electrical regulations

Qualifications/experience required:

  • Experience building, modifying, and wiring switchboards, including control panels and MCCs
  • Knowledge of control wiring, PLCs, VSDs, and basic instrumentation
  • Proficient in reading and working from electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Current QLD Electrical Licence and up-to-date CPR/LVR certification (essential)
  • A proactive and reliable work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
