ZIRKONZAHN is an aspiring and innovative company with an international orientation in the dental industry. We offer dental technical labs from all over the world a large product range: 3D scanners, CNC 5 axes milling units, software, high-tech dental materials and sintering furnaces.

We are looking for 2new support dental technician settled in Australia.

The person needs to take care of after sales customer care and technical IT support and also sometimes travel through Australia to clients who have a problem on equipment and need direct assistance.

For these positions it is required a diploma in dental technology and at least a previous experience of 2 years in the field.

The customer support is focusing on the dental profession. Before starting the job in Australia, the technician is required to attend a training at the company headquarter in Italy (South Tyrol) to get a comprehensive high-level knowledge of company products and equipment to be able then to provide assistance to customers once in Australia.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Assistance to Australian customers in the use of company equipment and software
  • Assistance to company Australian customers for technical issues
  • Dental Radiology and Imaging taking
  • Removable complete and partial prosthodontics construction
  • Well knowledge and use of Zirkonzahn CAD software to design fix and partial Prosthodontics.
  • Knowledge of dental materials and dental technology techniques
  • Well knowledge of CAD CAM dental system functioning
  • Mouth impressions taking and use of digital intraoral scanning tools
  • Realization of mouth guards, bites, single crowns, bridges, titanium bars, inlays, onlays, veneers.
