Sands Fridge Lines (Sands) is a family-owned business, a leader in providing chiller, frozen and ambient warehousing and transport distribution services throughout metropolitan and regional WA.  We have a proud history and place safety in our workplace first.

Physically Demanding Role:

  • Delivery of fresh, frozen and ambient foods across  the Perth metro and surrounding area.
  • Manual unloading / unloading of freight.
  • Ability to liaise with large and small business owners.
  • As a Sands driver you are the face of our Company – your customer service and problem-solving skills will be key yours and our success.
  • Ability to deliver to strict timeframes / windows.

The ideal candidates need to:

  • Must hold a HR Licence
  • Be physically fit and willing to load / unload trucks by hand - key requirement of the job
  • Experience driving rigid trucks in Australia
  • Have proven experience in multi-drop deliveries and pickups,
  • Exposure to refrigerated freight is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Be able to speak clear, concise and fluent English
  • Have strong attention to detail with paperwork - written
  • Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
