We are a leading garden maintenance business servicing Melbourne's east, west, north, and south. We specialise in maintaining high-quality landscapes across commercial properties, aged care facilities, schools, corporate offices, and prestige residential sites.

With over 200 regular clients, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, detail-focused garden care all year round.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team. This role is predominantly focused on commercial sites, though you may also assist with residential properties from time to time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mowing, edging, brush-cutting, and blowing
  • Hedge trimming, pruning, and shaping
  • Weeding, mulching, planting, and general clean-ups
  • Assisting with irrigation checks and minor repairs
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation across all sites

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in garden maintenance and confident using mowers, brush-cutters, blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools
  • Holds a valid driver's licence
  • Can drive a manual vehicle
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
