As An Assistant Store Manager, You're Key In Supporting The Store Manager To Help Your Store Reach Its Full Sales Potential, Operate Smoothly, And Create a Positive, Engaging Work Environment. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have

  • Proven management / leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
  • Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting, desirable
  • Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.

Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must
