About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience? Rodd & Gunn, a leading lifestyle and fashion brand, is seeking a Casual Stylist to join their team at the brand new, concession in David Jones Kotara. As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for providing personalised style advice, assisting customers with product selection, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Must be available to work on Sunday and Monday.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience
- Assisting customers with product selection and styling to help them find the perfect items
- Ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date and sharing this knowledge with customers
- Contributing to store sales targets and achieving individual sales goals
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
What we're looking for
- A passion for fashion and a flair for style
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
