About The Company
A well-established design and construct business delivering commercial and industrial projects across Queensland. Known for their practical approach, strong client relationships, and commitment to quality, they handle projects from concept through to completion — including manufacturing, cold storage, and modular builds.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a diverse pipeline of commercial and industrial builds. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from concept through to handover (design, procurement, delivery, commissioning).
  • Lead, mentor and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
  • Drive collaboration between estimating, contracts admin and site management.
  • Build strong client and consultant relationships.

About You

  • 7+ years in project management within commercial or industrial construction.
  • Experience delivering projects valued between $2 M - $25 M+.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control.
  • Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering or similar.
  • Brisbane based (or open to relocate).
