Dotless is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

As a Landscape Gardener, you will be involved in the full range of landscaping activities – from preparing and planting gardens to building outdoor features and maintaining established sites. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality outcomes for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing soil, garden beds, and turf for planting
  • Planting, pruning, mowing, fertilising, and general garden maintenance
  • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems
  • Constructing and maintaining paths, retaining walls, fences, and other outdoor structures
  • Reading and following landscape plans to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • Ensuring safe work practices and maintaining tools and equipment

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant landscaping or gardening experience
  • Sound plant knowledge and irrigation system understanding
  • Ability to work outdoors and carry out physical tasks in varying conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction / Horticulture (preferred but not essential)
  • Current driver's licence desirable

Salary & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)
