Cafe Manager

Global Fine Food is a small Deli/Cafe in Ashgrove. We serve coffees, milkshakes, fresh made sandwiches, gluten free goods, house made soups, slices, gourmet cheeses and deli meats.

We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Deli Café Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere our café is known for. Be ready to hit the ground running and bring your wealth of ideas, knowledge and skills If you're a hospitality pro with a proven track record in boosting sales, cost control, team leadership, and high-level customer service, this is the role for you

Requirements for this role:

• Min 3 years management experience
• Mon-Fri full time hours
• Proven growth results in ACS, # of customers and menu design
• Outstanding leadership skills & customer service
• Hands on management role, leading by example
• Light cooking required
• Social media guru
• Deli experience highly advantageous
• Working rights required for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
