SDN Childrens Services has been established for 120 years, during this time we have grown to be one of the largest not-for-profit children's services organisation in Australia.  We support our children and families through Children's Education and Care Centres, Family Support and Disability Services.

We currently have outstanding opportunities for experienced qualified Childcare Educators to join our Sydney metro centres in a permanent full-time capacity – working Monday to Friday.  Our light filled modern centres are an oasis in the local communities.

About the Job:

Working as part of a diverse team that puts children and families first and acknowledges the importance of documenting children's learning, on a day to day basis you will be:

• Providing care and supervision to children in a safe and stimulating environment.

• Planning and implementing fun and educational activities that foster developmental growth.

• Encouraging creativity, social skills and emotional development through interactive play and learning.

• Communicating with families to share milestones and updates on their child's progress.

• Collaborating with a team of passionate educators to build a positive, inclusive learning space.

About you:

To be successful, you will be:

• A compassionate, patient, and dedicated individual who genuinely enjoys working with children.

• Tertiary qualified with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care along with a demonstrated understanding of the early years learning framework

• Able to create and maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for children.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
