About Us

Hi, I'm Stacey—founder, and still-on-the-tools cleaner behind our growing home-care business Family Focus Cleaning. We have made a name for ourselves by supporting local mums and families maintain their home, get their time back on the weekends and know one thing on their to do list is being taken care of by someone else.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver thorough, detail-oriented residential cleans (you'll get our step-by-step method in training).
  • Build friendly, professional rapport with clients—respectful conversation, clear boundaries.
  • Keep simple records: your timesheet, short notes after each visit, and any client preferences or issues.
  • Care for our kit and products as if they were your own.
  • Flag any hiccups early so we can make things right, together.

(No sales, social media or heavy admin—just great cleaning and great client care.)

What You'll Bring

  • A genuine love of helping people feel good in their space.
  • Eye for detail and pride in presentation.
  • Reliability: current driver's licence, smartphone, and the ability to travel between jobs around North Brisbane.
  • Physical fitness for a hands-on role.
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain at our expense) and the right to work in Australia.

Experience in professional cleaning is wonderful but not essential.
