We have a great role within a large national building and development company. This is a great opportunity for a residential estimator with Databuild experience to join a stable environment. You ideally will come from a project home background, but able to do whole takeoffs.

• Estimating experience in a volume builder (over 80 per year)
• Intermediate to advance Databuild skills, including maintaining price files and recipes
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously, while still be part of a team.
• Tendering out work in stages
• Knowledge of rates, suppliers and trade in SE Queensland

The salary will be negotiated individually depending on experience.
