Autosports Group is one of the fastest growing luxury automotive groups employing approximately 2000 people across over 70 dealerships in QLD/ NSW/ VIC and New Zealand.
Based at Autosports Group Head Office in Leichhardt, NSW this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a busy accounts team and is an excellent opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Vehicle sales processing and reporting
- Daily banking and customer refunds/payouts
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Assisting the Financial Controller
- Data entry and general administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
- Tertiary qualification in accounting will be preferred
- Demonstrate some knowledge in banking functions
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong communication and administration skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Dealership experience preferred but not essential
