Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for beauty and wellness? We're a growing beauty clinic looking for an on-site Marketing and Content Creator to lead our social media presence.

This role blends hands-on marketing, content creation with strategic thinking and an understanding of industry compliance. It's perfect for someone who's both imaginative and commercially savvy.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok & Instagram
  • Develop and execute the social media strategy including managing influencer relationships
  • Use tools (Canva, CapCut, Sked Social) to create, schedule, and post content
  • Track content performance and contribute to monthly reporting
  • Optimising the SEO performance and management of website

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience creating content for TikTok& Instagram. Experience in beauty is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of brand voice, content strategy, and visual storytelling.
  • Confident using platforms/tools such as META, Google ADs, Sked Social, CapCut, and Canva
  • Comfortable pitching ideas, taking feedback, and refining for improved performance
  • Australian work rights required

  • This is an onsite role in the Melbourne CBD
  • 3 to 4 days per week
