Our client, a medical research manufacturing facility is seeking a switched on Inventory Controller/Material Handler to join their team in Westmead. This is a 3 month temporary assignment, the hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage inventory at the point of inbound, effectively staging packages, unpacking, checking and put away/delivery to other departments.
  • Maintain inventory records, keeping accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
  • Inventory audits, perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Inventory reconciliation, perform inventory reconciliation when discrepancies exist and execute adequate history review to determine root causes.
  • Picking and delivering of inventory for manufacturing.
  • Discrepancy resolution, identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
