Challenz is building a new feature to tokenize real estate as NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. We're looking for a skilled
Blockchain Engineer
to help us launch this new venture.

What you'll do:

  • Develop secure, gas-optimized
    Ethereum smart contracts
    for fractionalized real estate tokenization.
  • Implement minting and marketplace logic, including royalties, using
    ERC-721
    and
    ERC-1155
    standards.
  • Integrate blockchain features with our mobile app and backend APIs.
  • Help design workflows for fiat-onboarding, wallet connections, and ownership transfer.

What we need:

  • Expertise in
    Solidity
    with demonstrated experience in
    smart contract development
    and deployment (Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle).
  • Strong understanding of real estate tokenization, metadata handling, and IPFS/Arweave.
  • Familiarity with
    React Native (Expo)
    and

    Experience with
    Supabase

This is a
3-month remote internship
, with a preference for candidates in New Zealand or Australia. High performers may receive a paid offer or future equity.
