Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Delivering various cooking styles (Bistro, Function, Fine Dining) to the highest standards
- Assistance with food purchases, stock control and staff supervision
- Working closely with the Executive Chef
Skills and experience:
- Fully qualified chef with a minimum of 3 years experience at recognised hospitality venues and restaurants
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools andprocesses
- Passionate about local produce and food trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
