So, what's the role?
The Senior Product Manager, Home Lending at Bank First manages the end-to-end performance of our Home Lending products. You would be responsible for ensuring we are competitive, compliant and our offering aligns to our Member needs.

In a Typical Day You Will Get Involved In

  • Collaborating across multiple business areas to design, deliver and maintain compelling home loan propositions across key segments for our Members.
  • You will design and develop product roadmaps that address Member, banker and broker pain points and improve the overall member experience and journey.
  • Analysing member insights, market trends and portfolio performance to identify opportunities to increase member growth and retention.

Working with key business partners to ensure the portfolio and our various propositions meets regulatory and compliance obligations.

  • Managing the product lifecycle including feature enhancements and simplifications.

About You
You're a dynamic and driven Product Manager with a passion for collaboration to uplift the member experience. Couple this with your experience across Home Lending or other retail banking products and this role might be for you

You Will Come Equipped With

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Finance
  • Developed knowledge of the retail banking competitor landscape and behavioural trends
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and an innate ability to bring stakeholders together to achieve mutual goals
  • A solid understanding of the relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
