The Opportunity:

We're looking for experienced Forklift Operators who don't mind rolling up their sleeves. This isn't your standard forklift only role, around 60-70% of your day will be hands on manual handling and pick packing, with the remaining time spent operating forklifts for pallet movements and container tasks.

Based at a busy Hemmant warehouse, you'll be part of a small, hardworking team that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork. If you're physically fit, forklift confident, and ready for a role with variety this could be the opportunity you've been chasing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Pick packing orders with accuracy and speed
  • Palletising goods and handling stock safely (manual handling majority of role)
  • Unloading containers and staging freight for dispatch
  • Operating counterbalance forklifts for pallet movements and loading
  • Using RF scanners to track and record stock (experience highly regarded)

What You'll Need:

  • Valid LF Forklift licence
  • 2+ years counterbalance forklift experience
  • Physically fit & capable of repetitive manual handling tasks
  • Previous pick packing or warehouse experience preferred
  • RF scanning knowledge highly regarded
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team first mindset

Shift & Pay Details:

Day Shift - Start at either 6:00am or 8:00am

8 hour days, Monday to Friday

$ $33.50/hr
