Calling all territory sales managers/direct sales experts/fundraisers/door-to-door sales people.

DMSG is a brand new sales company based out of Hobart, Tasmania.

We represent a large energy retailer from Melbourne.

We are seeking business development managers and direct sales experts to either recruit and manage a sales team or to pound the pavement and lead from the front whilst earning industry leading commissions.

We pay an immediate override on your team for every completed sale, our CEO's have combined industry experience of 25 years and understand the frustrations of not immediately earning an income from people you have recruited, so we don't have minimum thresholds in order to earn.

This is a commission only role, we are looking for hunters who are hungry to smash sales records and/or recruit and lead a winning team.

  • Hunters and hustlers – driven, energetic, and goal-focused
  • Experienced direct sales reps, team leaders, or BDMs
  • Proven ability to recruit, lead, or train a winning team (optional but highly regarded)
  • Self-starters ready to thrive in a commission-only environment
  • People with street smarts and grit who can smash records and build.

Pay: $300.00 – $1,500.00 per day
