About the role:

We are currently seeking a motivated Home Care Worker to join our team in Geelong on a Casual/Permanent Part-Time basis . The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist clients at home with general house cleaning, tidying and shopping.

Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.

Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors.

Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values.

Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

Based in Geelong or nearby suburbs.

Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 30 am - 4pm.

Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.

Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.

Current Australian Driver's license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
