AI-Augmented Developer (Vibe Coder):

We're seeking a software developer proficient in AI-assisted development workflows, with

hands-on experience in database design and structure. The candidate should be familiar

with tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and modern AI platforms like Cursor AI, Lovable

and n8n.

Role Overview:

As an AI-augmented developer, you'll take product concepts and written prompts and

convert them into functioning software, rapidly and collaboratively. You'll be expected to

iterate on prototypes, build MVPs, and design scalable features with clear database

structures.

Key Responsibilities:


• Use AI coding tools ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, to support development tasks.


• Build full-stack prototypes with Lovable from natural-language prompts.


• Design and deploy workflow automations and AI-enhanced agent logic using n8n.


• Define robust database schemas and data models; implement relational or NoSQL structures consistent with application logic.


• Debug and refine AI-generated code, ensuring reliability and maintainability.


• Work with product and design teams to scale features to production.


• Continually refine prompt-engineering techniques to boost development efficiency and maintain code quality.

Requirements:


• 5 years in software development.


• 1 years of AI-assisted development experience.


• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.


• Proven database experience: schema design, indexing, migrations; familiarity with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).


• Proficient with Git and debugging workflows.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.

Desirable Qualifications:


• Hands-on experience in innovation or prototyping teams.


• Knowledge of prompt engineering or NLP techniques.
