We are looking for a KickAss Warehouse Picker and Packer for our Brisbane Warehouse in Acacia Ridge.

This is a Casual position with operating hours Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm and on Weekends during busy shipping periods of peak Trade.

This role will require you to have Picking and Packing experience in a fast-paced Warehouse environment.

What we require from you:-

  • Pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick sheet
  • Verify the accuracy of picked items and ensure that all items are properly packaged and labelled
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, and hand truck to move items around the warehouse and load them onto delivery trucks
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workplace by sweeping, cleaning, and organising inventory as required
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to Warehouse management team
  • Moving product through the warehouse on the forklift
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers for receipt and dispatch
  • Completing all relevant paperwork correctly and accurately and notifying of discrepancies
  • Ability to communicate with customers
  • Follow and implement safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

About you:

  • 1+ years previous experience in a warehouse setting scanning and picking both electronic and manually
  • strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills and ability to unsupervised
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time
  • Experience with shipping and inventory management software and systems.
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Forklift ticket or ability to obtain ticket.
  • A passion or strong interest in power, camping, 4WD and the outdoors highly advantageous
  • WMS experience
