  • Retaining and growing a book of commercial/mid-market business
  • Setting budgets for your book of business
  • Ensuring your clients are receiving a high-quality service
  • Ensuring all work completed is highly accurate
  • Servicing existing clients and growing the existing book

About you

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager or Senior Broker role within the commercial/mid-market space.
  • Solid technical knowledge of a wide range of general insurance products.
  • Strong negotiation skills with insurers and underwriters.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and client advisory skills.
  • Tier 1 Broking qualification (mandatory).
  • A client-first mindset with commercial acumen and growth orientation.
