ESP Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and dedicated Warehouse Labourers and Container Unloaders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are physically fit, hardworking, and looking for casual shifts to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Availability for on call shifts in Hallam, Braeside, Dandenong South
- Prior experience in packing, scanning, and/or production environments
- Able to read pick slips and pack orders accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic and attitude
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
- Proven reliability and commitment (references required)
- Commitment to working to strict deadlines, OHS standards, and quality checks
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
- Preparing and processing orders
- Own PPE (steel-capped boots and hi-vis)
