We have exciting opportunities available for a Store Manager at our Carindale store and Manager In Training positions at our Loganholme and Mt Gravatt stores.

The role

As a Shiels Store Manager / Manager In Training you will surprise and delight our customers by providing a superior customer service experience and provide strong leadership to your team.

This position will be offered on a permanent full- time basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide Leadership in all aspects of the business
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Complete administrative duties as required
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

Essential to your success:

  • Store Manager - Minimum 1 year experience in a Retail Store Manager role
  • Manger In Training - 1 year in a supervisor / leadership role
  • Jewellery experience is not a requirement
  • Delivery of a superb customer experience
