The role

Crown offers a vibrant and welcoming environment with a wide range of gaming options. Our team works together to ensure guests enjoy safe, engaging, and memorable experiences. 

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Gaming Machines Team as a Gaming Machines Attendant on a Part Time basis hours per fortnight). This role is dynamic and active, involving regular movement throughout the casino to support guests efficiently. You'll be quick to learn, adaptable in fast-paced situations, and committed to delivering excellent service.

What You'll Do

  • Assist guests with payouts, jackpots, and machine-related queries
  • Provide information about Crown Perth's facilities and promotions
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in gaming areas
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service that creates positive guest experiences
  • Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to your work
  • Apply attention to detail and follow compliance procedures
  • Build and maintain knowledge relevant to the department and venue
