Construction – Tractor Operator and Laborer's

Full Time or Part Time- Must be willing to travel

Global Turf is Melbourne based, with a number of Golf Course, Sports Field and Racecourse projects under construction, and we are continuing to expand our operations nationally.

Due to our continued success, and business growth we are looking for experienced Tractor Operator and Laborer's.

These roles will work closely with the Drainage Team across multiple projects and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Tractror Operating Duties
  • Training will be provided to operate specialised drainage equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Training will be provided on performing daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
  • Training will be provided to conduct pre-operational checks, including cleaning, lubricating, and refilling as required.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and other heavy machinery.

Skills and Experience

It is essential that you possess the following skills and experience:

  • Willing to work away and Travel for work
  • Minimum 2 years in Construction or maintenance.
  • A current Car License
  • Hands on position
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality of work and an ability to meet deadlines
  • You must be flexible, adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively and efficiently
  • Operate in full compliance to all OH&S systems
  • WHS Construction Induction certificate (White Card)
