Responsibilities

· Assist in food preparation as directed by Chefs or kitchen supervisors.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and utensils.

· Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.

· Help receive and store incoming food supplies and ingredients.

· Monitor kitchen inventory and communicate supply needs to supervisors.

· Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required as training will be given.

· Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

· Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

· A passion for food and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.
