Pinnacle Hire is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to contribute to our growth in Western Australia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pumping Category Performance: Drive Pinnacle Hire to be a dominant player in the dewatering/transfer pump market, specifically focusing on Tier-1, Major Accounts within Municipalities & Water Authorities, Mining, and Civil Contractors.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure significant new business opportunities, including large-scale tenders for major projects.
  • Key Account Management: Take full ownership of retaining and expanding Pilbara based accounts.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Maintain robust connections with Pinnacle Hire's sales, service, and product teams. Contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecasts across all product lines, regions, and channels. Continuously monitor competitor activities and market changes, developing proactive strategies to mitigate challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Utilizing HubSpot CRM for sales pipeline management, client tracking, and reporting is essential.

About the role

As our Business Development Manager in Western Australia, you will hold ultimate responsibility for growing and retaining Pinnacle Hire's pump client base across the Pilbara. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused on achieving rapid, profitable growth and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction on large-scale ventures. You will achieve this by developing and executing strategic plans that align with our core business objectives, with success measured by major contracts secured, equipment utilization, and revenue generation.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive rapid, profitable growth in dewatering/pump solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks systematically and effectively with strong planning principles.
  • A collaborative team player
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to visit customers in the Pilbara
