Location: YDC Lake Cathie

Regular Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a full-time role supporting our Retail Manager with daily operations, stock management, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and merchandising
  • Support the Retail Manager with daily tasks
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and caring manner
  • Proactively assist other staff members as needed
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

About You:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work with initiative and self-direction
  • Customer-focused with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Pharmacy or retail pharmacy experience is highly desirable
