Accessory Coordinator – Wayne Phillis Automotive (Lonsdale)

Wayne Phillis Automotive is looking for an Accessory Coordinator to join our busy Lonsdale Service & Parts team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you'll be the link between customers, sales, and our workshop technicians to make sure every new and used vehicle leaves the dealership fitted and ready to impress.

• Coordinate and manage the fitting of accessories across new and used vehicles.
• Work closely with 7 skilled technicians and 3 supportive non-productive staff.
• Liaise with sales and service teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee accessory orders, stock, and timelines.

• Experience preferred – especially with 4x4 and automotive accessories.
• Trade background an advantage, but not essential.
• Familiarity with Pentana DMS highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
