Projects currently underway include new build projects across High Rise Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Due to consistent growth & multiple successful tenders, they're seeking stand-alone experienced Senior Contract Administratorto join their team on a large scale luxury apartment development.

Duties

·      Subcontractor management including compiling subcontractor agreements, scope of works, tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents

·      Managing subcontractor progress claims

·      Negotiating the procurement and ordering of materials

·      Assisting with the administration of RFI's, EOT's, variations

·      Working closely with site supervisors to adhere to project programs, deadlines, and budgets.

Experience Required

·     Must be a solid Contracts Administrator

·     Extensive experience working on class 2 / apartments projects

·     Ideally have a bachelor's in construction management or comparative degree

·     Have worked on projects in excess of $60m

·     Exposure to Procore or Aconex

·     Fully capable of: all Procurement / Contract Admin / Head & Subcontract Variations
