The Comfort Group is Australia's largest bedding & speciality foams manufacturer making premium foam and bedding products for a number of well-known brands including Sleepyhead, SleepMaker, Beautyrest, Dunlop Foam and Tattersfield just to name a few.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking several Production Operator's to join our Mattress Assembly team on day shift (6:00 am) at CAROLE PARK. If you're a reliable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to become part of a company that values quality, safety, and great people.

Your responsibilities may include, based on your experience:

  • Assemble mattresses using tools and machinery
  • Handle materials including foam, springs, and fabric
  • Follow instructions and safety protocols carefully
  • Conduct quality checks during production
  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets
  • Keep your work area clean and safe

About you

The successful applicants will be hard-working team players who can demonstrate the following:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a hands-on role is beneficial, but not essential
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures
