The Role

We're looking for a friendly and organised Casual Bookkeeper, Office All-Rounder to support our office operations 3 days per week. This flexible role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can work alone, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a small, supportive team environment.

You'll be the first point of contact for new and current employees and assist with a range of accounting, administrative, HR, and office support tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to the Director, Office Manager .
  • Process and match statements in both Xero and MYOB software
  • Accurately process fortnightly payrolls for all employees using MYOB software
  • Ensure all accounts payable queries are addressed in a timely manner
  • Invoicing
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Keep timesheets, dockets, and internal records accurate and up to date.
  • General office duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Assist with private works and other tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bookkeeping/payroll and account's role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
  • An intermediate to high level of knowledge and experience using MYOB payroll software.
  • Experience and ability to process timesheets
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proven experience in being able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Knowledge in Microsoft/Outlook/Word/MYOB/Excel/PowerPoint will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to successfully embrace and adapt to change
  • HR Experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
