Our client, MyLife Medical, is a well-established, family-focused general practice committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a friendly and supportive environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the possibility to increase, in addition of a rotating Saturday roster. The successful applicant will also be available to cover team leave when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding front desk and telephone support to patients and clinicians
  • Manage appointments, billing, and patient enquiries efficiently
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold practice policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

About You:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional in approach
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
