• Salary: RN/RM2C $87,416 - $110,497 p.a + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits
• Temporary Part Time working 30.4 hours per fortnight over a 5 day roster, up to 11 January 2026

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

This is an exciting short-term opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinical Nurse/Midwife to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes across our region. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality cardiac services designed to reduce hospital admissions, improve recovery, and strengthen community-based care. You will also play a key role in supporting vulnerable groups and may be requested to assist with waitlisted clients from Gawler and surrounding areas.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Deliver proficient, person-centred cardiac rehabilitation nursing/midwifery care and case management.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care plans to support optimal recovery and continuity of care.
• Lead and coordinate nursing services within a multidisciplinary team, supporting clinical education.
• Contribute to service improvement, health promotion, research, and change management activities.

• You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
• You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse or Nurse/Midwife within our organisation.
