Novotel Cabramatta is opening soon with an exciting new food & beverage offering. We're looking for passionate and reliable chefs to join our breakfast team and help deliver a high-quality, consistent experience for our guests.

The Role

We are seeking Breakfast Chefs (full-time, part-time, and casual roles available) to prepare and cook a modern hotel breakfast. You'll work with quality produce, follow established menus and standards, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen setup.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider team to ensure guest satisfaction.

About You

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef or similar role.
• Strong cooking and time-management skills.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Available for early morning starts.
